Love real estate investing! it can create true generational wealth! I love the gym, love self-improving, and being a student in learning new topics. I can't forget the passion I have for food. I literally think about it every second; why you think I work out as much! Experience: I've purchased my first investment property in 2004. I currently own 12 rental units, 2 pieces of land, and a primary and second residence. I'm also a partner of an LLC with 3 properties 2 multi-units and an SFH totaling 5 doors. Real Estate Goals: I would love to purchase an additional 12 properties, however, I will have to get creative and need financial leverage.
