I'm an aspiring real estate investor. I currently work FT for the VT Army National Guard as the organization's Occupational Health Nurse. I am finally ready to purchase 1-3 properties over the next 18 months after sitting on the fence for about 3 years...was looking to start when covid started. Interested in turnkey SFRs specifically to start to get my feet wet. Interested in TN, AR, AL, and OH markets. I look forward to achieving true financial freedom within the next few year's.
