Marvin Chapman

I’m Marvin Chapman, an Investment Consultant here at Spartan. Before getting into real estate, I ran my own trial practice as an attorney, arguing cases in Georgia’s superior and appellate courts. Building a practice from the ground up teaches you a lot: how to listen closely, how to break down complex information, and how to advocate for people when the stakes are high. My goal is to use these skills to help investors cut through noise, understand their options, and make confident decisions. After that, I spent more than a decade in commercial real estate, working on single-tenant net lease deals, multi-tenant retail, and land for Class A multifamily development. When you live in that world for years, you develop a strong feel for market cycles, investor mindsets, and what makes a deal truly work long term. That background is a big part of why I enjoy guiding turnkey investors in a clear, realistic, and results-focused way. When I’m not working, you can usually find me cycling, playing tennis, or out with a camera. I bring that same focus and attention to detail to my role at Spartan, and I’m excited to help more investors succeed here in Georgia.
