Marvin Rice

I grew up in Detroit. I have a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering. I am a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Michigan. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). I currently work for an electrical contractor and am managing over $8 Million in electrical work. Experience: I have done some SFR wholesale deals (I used to think I was flipping until I learned what wholesaling was through BP!) in the past. I have also held some rental properties in the past. I currently have no real estate investments. I am ready to make deals again! Real Estate Goals: I am currently looking to invest in long term holds as well as flips.
