Started out as an accidental land lord of SFH on Seneca Lake, used as both a short and long term rental since 2007. I currently own 5 properties, mostly small, multi-family with 11 residential units and 3 storage units. Now actively investing in small, multi-family properties in the Finger Lakes Region, NY and self storage facilities in the southeast: NC, SC, GA, FL.
