I've been buying and selling real-estate for many years but small scale. I just sold my ecommerce company located in Dallas and have cash I want to put into real-estate (preferably in San Diego as I'm moving back this summer 2020). As a policy, I am against taking loans and so paying cash is my goal. I want to buy homes at auctions with cash and flip or rent out. My goal on a flip is to do owner financing and I need help understanding the process. I have read books and searched the forums but am in search of an investment partner that can help with the first couple of purchases and share in the profits of course.
