Mary Jo Carruthers

I am a native Austin resident and grew up here. I am one of the rarities since so many folks are from elsewhere. I grew up in the real estate industry by way of construction. My dad ran a construction company for decades. I know construction and ways to add value and have a huge rolodex to most any trade in the industry. I became a realtor a few years ago when I realized how much I enjoy helping folks achieve the American dream of home ownership. I have graduated into real estate investments as I really like numbers and helping folks achieve financial success.
