Experience: I have been have been managing my parents trusts’ 8-10 low end “C” SFRs in Northern California for almost a decade now. I grew up on this property, with my parents, living in, cleaning up and moving out of each cabin as we could afford to do so... Eventually, my family built our own new 3/2 house in 1985!, by then, my brother & i only lived in it for a couple of years & moved out on our own- my parents left (to sail the world) in 1989 for a PM to manage the 5 cabins & house. We all returned early this 21st century, they bought another nearby property with fixer uppers, that we also built & live on, as well. It’s a nice exchange, and works well for me, my husband & also for my still traveling a lot but aging parents... i am really enjoying learning so much from BP.
