My wife and I moved to NC to change our careers. We jumped into green building and real estate investing and have loved it ever since. Experience: I have been a real estate investor and Realtor in NC, since 2004. My wife and I started with 5 duplex rentals and eventually started our own property management company. We now manage 35 doors, including our own properties. Real Estate Goals: Long range goal is to have passive income through rental properties and notes.
