It is so wonderful to be here with a group of like-minded friends!! I acquired my first flip 20 years ago. I have acquired and liquidated residential and commercial properties, most active in past 7 years. Currently have commercial properties in WA, GA, UT, and three Student Rentals. I have been flipping properties the past several years. I am looking to add more residential in PA, MD, VA and St. John's county Fl. I hold a MD Realtor's license, I am always interested in meeting contractors, property managers and other investors.
