Marzel Hurbs

I am a native Houstonian that is fairly new to real estate investing. I am a husband and a father of two young boys and have worked in the Energy Industry since 2014. I got into real estate in 2018 and have a few deals under my belt, but I realize I still have a lot to learn. My strategies to date are: investing in Houston area builders, and buying & holding single-family rental properties. My ultimate goal is to build a portfolio that allows me to: retire early, teach my sons the value of money, and leave as a legacy. I look forward to learning as much as I can on BP and building a lasting network.
