I'm addicted to real estate because it provides me with the ability to help sellers and buyers solve problems, it gives me a thrill when I have to channel my creative juices to provide a solution or to find/ create a deal, and I love what it can do for my family and I. I got into real estate because I saw that it was a great vehicle to use to provide not only financial freedom for me but generational wealth for my family. I plan on using real estate to retire before or at 30 years of age by achieving my financial freedom goal of earning $10,500 in cash flow from rental properties. From there I want to earn $10 million/ year from roughly 2800 doors. My real estate investment interests are I want section 8, affordable housing multifamily, buy and holds, and mobile home parks. I currently wholesale and fix and flip in Columbia, SC to support my buy and hold habit. I am looking to purchase buy and holds in SC & NC. Don't be afraid to reach out and connect.
