I am new to real estate and and looking at long distance real estate investing because properties are a little too expensive in my area. I bought my first property in Dayton Ohio because it met the 1% rule and had a tenant already in place so thought it would be instant income. Looking at doing more business in the Ohio area once I build my next down payment for the next property.
