My short term goal is to grow my real estate portfolio to 5 SFHs. I currently have 2, one in Palm Beach County and one in St Augustine. Looking to network with other investors in the Palm Beach County & St Augustine, Florida markets! I came across BiggerPockets as an avid Podcast listener. Started listening to the podcast on long commutes for work and started getting intrigued by the prospect of REI. My day job is investment and financial plan analysis, dealing more specifically with Alternative Investments, so I resonate very strongly with using REI as a pathway to financial success.
