I raise capital for, build, and operate BIG Texas wine grape vineyards! I specialize in syndicating development of large mechanized (run using tractors - not hand labor) wine grape vineyards in Texas. We use our low overhead/high yield/high quality to generate returns for investors and push TX winemakers towards independence from imported West Coast juice. We are one of the largest growers in the state with over 600 acres under management. I still love a good traditional deal and occasionally dabble in multifamily, single-family rentals, and short-term rentals, with interest in development. My background is in SFRs/STRs (~$3MM AUM), having done remodels, flips, new builds, and house hacking. I am a wildlife biologist/herpetologist by training and still love spending time outdoors hunting anything edible and catching/photographing snakes.
