Building Kyrograf, a software platform for private credit agreements. Based in Birmingham, AL. My interest is in the infrastructure that sits underneath private lending — specifically, how repeat lenders keep records of payment performance across deals when banks, rating agencies, and conventional servicing software aren't part of the picture. Most private lenders I've talked to track performance in spreadsheets or QuickBooks, and most have at least one story about a payment dispute that got harder to resolve because the record was one-sided. Here to learn from the community. Open to connecting with active private lenders, especially in the Southeast, who are willing to share how they handle this today. Happy to return the favor with whatever I can offer on operations, project management, or process design. Background: 15+ years in ops, sales, and commercial project management.
