I am an Agent/Investor in Kansas City. I help owner occupants and investors find homes and look for creative ways to help distressed homeowners sell their properties. We also look to accumulate a portfolio of buy and holds to supplement our RE business. Real Estate Goals: Create capital through retail transactions to fund our flips which will then fund our hold/rental portfolio. Getting to the point of total sustainability through passive income at which point family/philanthropy/and travel will be our main focus.
