I'm a Canadian born investor. I've bought and sold 150 properties (all in Ontario) since 2012. As of 2024, I am now focused solely on the U.S market and live in the USA. We now buy approx 10 properties a month across Florida and Georgia. We are now expanding to Alabama, North Carolina and Texas. We have a team of approx 20 people.
