I am an attorney/consultant focused on export controls and sanctions - based out of Houston, TX but travel all over the world. I bought a small house in law school in Montgomery, Alabama and kept it as a rental for the last 12 years. I am now buying buy & hold properties to produce cash flow and some focused on appreciation personally. Through Memorial Capital (my business with a friend) we also do flips. We won historic renovation of the year in Montgomery in 2017. Memorial Capital sold our portfolio of rental properties in 2020 and did a 1031 exchange to purchase land for developing RV/Boat Storage in the Houston area. We will pursue deals in Montgomery but also are looking to expand RV/Boat and other investments in Texas. Experience: First house turned into rental in 2008. Worked at a real estate closing office in college. Completed 10 flips, have 16 buy & hold rentals, have sold over 50 properties, and developing two commercial properties. Real Estate Goals: Use SFR rentals to fund basic living (financial freedom reached in 2020) and expand into RV/Boat storage investing to produce sufficient cash flow to replace my current salary, spend more time with family, and do mission work! Currently Seeking: Advice, guidance, networking with BP members. Looking for RV/Boat storage deals in Texas/Alabama primarily.
