I'm a new investor looking to build a portfolio of rental units to supplement my income and allow me to retire around 50. I would love to be able to travel and SCUBA dive and fish all over the world. I don't know much about how the process works, but I'm eager to get this train moving. I have a construction background and I did a live-in flip (before I knew it was a thing) that I sold a couple years ago and I'm currently looking for my first investment property.
