I am a military member and currently living in the Colorado Springs area. I grew up in Arvada, CO and am happy to get back here after years away. We intend to stay in this area long term. Experience: I have one single family rental in Texas that was previously my residence so that was an easy transition. I also have a SFH that I rent and manage here in Colorado Springs. Real Estate Goals: Learn as much as I can and grow my portfolio to a point where my real estate can pay the bills and allow for continued growth as desired.
