A W2 earner who started investing in two family homes (now own 4 in NJ) and have grown into larger multi-family (20+ unit) buildings throughout US through syndication partnerships both as LP and GP. Looking to continue to invest and expand in two areas: 1) Investing in multi-family apartment (40+ unit) properties as LP and/or general partner 2) Find more local opportunities (North NJ & Beach towns NJ) for buy and holds. I have strong skill sets in: - underwriting and deal analysis (own a deep understanding of financials - background in Wall St and asset management firms professionally) - have a network of high net worth individuals who are also willing to passively invest - strong understanding and practice of investor relations - building processes, managing projects Would like to continue to gain experience, knowledge, and ability in: - Understanding renovation and construction process including estimating budgets, hiring the contractors, and managing those professionals - Gaining more experience & track record with GP responsibilities and execution of syndications for large multi-family assets - Creating a pipeline of deal flow & opportunities
