Matt Burns

Matt has 16 years' experience in multi-family and commercial real estate. He has managed over 1500 residential units and 1.9M square feet of Class-A office and retail property. In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Broker, Matt holds the Certified Apartment Manager designation with the National Apartment Association and is a candidate to become a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management. As the Managing Partner of Chasewood Properties, he assists investors with protecting and improving the value their real estate portfolios. Matt is currently seeking investment, management and consultant opportunities.
