I am the Managing Director of a real estate Asset Management company. We work with investors to purchase multifamily real estate assets in Western Canada. Previous to this I was a partner with a company holding approximately $200 Million in real estate. Since founding my company in mid-2022 we are under contract to purchase $90 Million in Multifamily assets by Q2 2023.
