My wife, 3 kids and I are currently living in a 2 bed 1 bath 1100 sf double in Lakewood, Ohio (near west suburb of Cleveland). We currently rent the lower unit and I am currently improving the property myself. We are debt free (including the house), have no plans to go back into debt, and currently saving for our next multifamily. I currently hold a FT position in healthcare. I served in the Ohio Army National Guard in the Infantry as a Bradley Gunner and achieved the rank of Sergeant. I read about 1-2 non-fiction books a month and consider myself a life-long learner. Experience: I have a double in Lakewood, Ohio that I purchased in 2013. Real Estate Goals: 1. Own 16 multifamily units in the Cleveland area in by 2025. 2. Do it all with cash. 3. Have enough cash flow from these properties to live on. Currently Seeking: I am looking for a distressed 2-12 unit multifamily in Lakewood, Ohio.
