Hi, my name is Matt! I am 29 years old and couldn’t be more excited to be fully immersed in the exhilarating world of real estate investing! Since the conclusion of my college football career, (Go Truman State Bulldogs!) I had desperately sought a lifestyle/activity that can provide me with the same passion, teamwork, leadership opportunities, and relationships that football had afforded me with for over 10 years. Following my college athletic career I decided to move back to St. Louis where I had the privilege and opportunity to work for my mentor, and one of the most prolific entrepreneurs/ social media influencers of our time; the MFCEO, Andy Frisella for 2 years. After my time at 1st Phorm and Supplement Superstores, I decided to take the knowledge and business development skills I had learned to the world of real estate! I began my real estate career in property management world, working as a leasing consultant and assistant PM for a large capital group with an in house management firm. Our company managed 800 units of high end luxury apartment buildings in the Central West End neighborhood of St. Louis. After a year of property management and leasing experience, I was afforded the opportunity to work for one of the premier residential real estate investment firms in St. Louis, CORE Properties. Owned and lead by industry innovators, Robert Heyder and Jon Rankin, CORE properties own and manage over 100,000 SF of commercial property, wholesale 200-300 deals annually, offer hard money lending services, provide seller financed properties, and own a brokerage which produced $60-$80M in annual volume consistently. I am extremally excited to now be serving Investors as a real estate advisor for Invest St. Louis, the top real estate investment brokerage in the St. Louis Metro Area. Our firm, lead by broker/owner Jordan Schoen has transacted over $300,000,000 in investment volume for our clients on the MLS alone, plus hundreds of other off market deals. With over 15 years in business Invest St. Louis is the authority in St. Louis investment properties. I am currently a licensed REALTOR in the state of Missouri own 30 rental property units and growing, and love helping people get started in RE investing.
