Matt Gehrls

I received my Bachelor's of Music in Music Education from Western Michigan University where I specialized in choral conducting. After spending time as a substitute teacher, I moved to Chicago and started working as a leasing agent, helping people find apartments. That is when I found a true passion for real estate. I spent the next year studying everything I could about real estate which lead me to make the decision to start a business in real estate sales. My girlfriend, Krista, and I just moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan to be close to family and we are so excited to live and work in a growing and vibrant West Michigan. Within the next year we plan to buy our first multifamily to house hack and start our real estate investing.
