About myself
Current occupation is a Retail Leasing Broker in the Carolinas with a ~3m SF portfolio. My wife works in LIHTC Multifamily. Real Estate Goals: We are looking to build a portfolio of commercial multifamily and retail properties. We are interested in ~20-100 unit class C+ and B properties in the Carolinas and beyond. Networking Goals: Looking to meet some like minded investors and always happy to help with retail real estate questions. Currently reside in south Charlotte, NC with my wife Lauren and 3 crazy kids.
