Sold for $900K after 2 years ($400K profit). - 3005 Dartmouth – Creative house hacking: Bought with owner financing, finished the basement, and rented rooms while living in a closet. Sold for $500K with a $300K profit. - 952 Milo Circle – Bought for $95K, added a basement unit, lived rent-free, and later sold for $200K, netting a $95K profit. - 1200 College Ave – Converted a 2BR to a 3BR, remodeled the kitchen, and sold for $500K profit. - Delta House – A major redevelopment project with $2M in profit. - Several other projects, including single-family, multi-unit, and condo investments, resulting in millions in profits and a wealth of experience in value-add real estate.
