I'm a physician currently working in West Palm Beach, FL. I have a strong interest in personal finance and teaching others. Since purchasing 2 successful house hacks in South Florida and helping a few others do the same, I have started a business with my brother teaching and consulting others that want to start house hacking. Experience: I bought my first house, a townhouse, when I moved to Oklahoma in 2012. In 2016 I bought my first investment property, a duplex in Oklahoma City. In 2017 bought a triplex in Delray Beach, FL as a house hack. In 2019 I bought and moved into another house hack, a duplex in Boca Raton. I have invested in multiple apartment syndications, a mobile home park fund, and conservation easements. I have also bought 2 turnkey rentals. Real Estate Goals: I would like to create a portfolio with passive income to supplement my physician income. My ultimate goal is to create enough passive income to support my personal expenses. I plan to do this by continuing to invest in single family rentals, small multifamilies, and syndications. I plan to get into larger apartment complexes in the near future. Currently Seeking: I'm interested in single family rentals and small multi families in Oklahoma City, Jackson MS, Ocala/Jacksonville/Orlando, and south Florida. I am actively looking for a small apartment complex in South Florida. I'm also interested in large multifamily syndications. I am also looking to help people that want to start house hacking.
