About myself
New to REI. Looking to build a portfolio for cash flow, and then expand into long term appreciation. I deal with landlord - tenant issues weekly, I lead a team of 100 people in my part time career, and I hold an MBA. Doing the work is not an issue. I want to learn how to refine the process. My motivation is being able to provide for that little guy in the picture above.
