Hello everyone, I currently work in the yachting industry but my main focus is in real estate. I fell in love with real estate investing when I saw the endless opportunities for wealth creation and financial freedom and would like to have my first deal done before the end of 2020. I am busy growing my knowledge of the industry through online courses, reading books, articles, BP podcasts, webinars etc. I would love to connect with fellow South Africans who are also in the real estate game. I am hoping to find a mentor who is already well established in the industry who I can learn from and gain extensive knowledge from. I am interested in mainly student accommodation and multi family rental units in the Western Cape as well as the Eastern Cape which is where I am based. I am also very interested in US markets and would love to expand there in the near future.
