Matthew Duch

My name is Matt Duch, and I am a 22-year old aspiring real estate investor based in Los Angeles, California. I have been researching real estate for the past four years and I am eagerly waiting to make my first move. I am also in the process of obtaining my license to become a real estate agent. I intend to obtain a portfolio of 50 properties that consist of both single-family and multi-family units by the time I am 30 years of age in order to meet my goal of financial freedom. Other than real estate, I am also passionate about the stock market, forex currency, cryptocurrency, e-commerce, and technology as a whole. I currently work as an IT Specialist at PayPal. I started my journey in the technology sector at 18 years of age when I got the opportunity to intern at Snapchat. From there, I was hired full-time and spent 2 years working at Snap as an IT Specialist. I then transitioned to Raytheon and NASA - JPL as a full-time Systems Administrator consultant for 9 months. I was then offered the opportunity to work as an IT specialist at a start-up called Honey, which was acquired by PayPal. While working full-time at all of these great companies, I was also able to obtain my Bachelors of Science in Management Information Systems at Cal State Long Beach by the age of 21.
