Getting started in the real estate world, primarily looking at both long- and short-term rental opportunities. For long-term rentals, I'm focused on BRRRRs right now wrt LTRs, and am developing ideas for STRs once generally off the ground. I'm excited to build a network of folks across all areas. I think we learn more when exposed to not only those like us, but those not like us. With a background in IT Sys Admin, Management, Philosophy, and Psychology, I'm looking forward to adding more hats to the rack.
