I started my journey into Real Estate Investing in 2015. As a mechanical engineer/Project Manager rehab projects are what attracted me to the industry. Learning more about investing though I feel that holding properties is a better long term passive investment. I am now focusing on Rehabbing and Buy and Holds with the end goal of using Rehab profits to buy more rentals, creating a solid portfolio of properties that can support time freedom lifestyle. Experience: Held personal property, sold personal property for great profits, have done some wholesaling, working on rehabs now, while investigating turn key rentals. Real Estate Goals: I want to use real estate to build a portfolio of properties that will afford a time freedom and location independent lifestyle.
