I'm the owner of Peak Real Estate Advisors. I provide detail-oriented commercial, residential, and multiunit housing inspections, real estate consulting, and owner's representation services throughout the Denver/Boulder metropolitan area and the foothills region including Evergreen and Conifer. Combining skills gained from my experience as an appraiser, property manager, broker, and inspector with my social science background allows me to approach everything I do with a holistic perspective. As an inspector I’m detailed and I take the time to explain my findings to my clients. My reports are thorough and I include many photos. I always make sure my photos are clear. I carry a digital SLR to all inspections to ensure I have the tools necessary to capture defects with the clarity necessary for all involved parties to understand what is being documented. If needed I'll even include a video to help explain my findings. I’m focused on educating clients and delivering a detailed report, which is why I typically only perform one full inspection per day. I grew up around construction. Observing, critiquing, and discussing construction has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Because of this, I can't observe a building without inspecting it. It is second nature to me. My construction abilities don't end with inspection, I'm also quite capable of completing projects as well. I've personally remodeled two homes, doing the majority of the work myself. The first of these was a live-in flip which netted a substantial profit, the second is my current home in which I've remodeled 3 bathrooms and the kitchen myself. Additionally, I have over 7 years of experience managing remodel and maintenance contractors for clients and have previously occupational experience on a remodeling crew.
