Hi I'm looking to connect with other investors and learn about their investment experience. I am also a cash buyer looking to for properties under $250K. I moved from Manhattan to Texas 1 year ago. I am a licensed real estate agent. I manage a portfolio of apartments in New York that I rent out under a co-living model. I flip houses and and buy multifamily properties in San Antonio that I can turn into short term rentals. In the past I have worked for a PE shop, REIT, developer, and startup in various capacities from asset management to acquisitions and development.
