About myself
I work for a general contractor as an Assistant Project Manager, building $100M+ office buildings in the DC / Maryland / Virginia area. I am also about halfway through the MS in Real Estate Development grad school program at George Manson University. I am starting my career in real estate investment and seeking guidance and opportunities with other investors in the area. I currently own, and live in, a two bedroom condo, renting out the second room.
