Hoping to get as much information as I can upon this site and connect with people that are willing to invest with me to revitalize the parts of our town that need to be revamped inside and out or bull dozed and made room for the apt complexes for affordable homes. I currently work in twin falls Idaho at Western waste services driving a front end loader all day making bails of cardboard and twine for recycling. I currently have four children all together but only three at home with me two boys and one girl but altogether three boys one girl. My wife and I have been married coming up on 15 years this next February. She currently works at the twin falls public library for interlibrary loans she is the lucky one to only working four hours a day for now. what I'm looking for is any value-add opportunity in really any creative space that I can get into starting out as some possible wholesale deals until I can get my own deals together or joint venture with somebody. I'm the guy in a mastermind group it would be able to look at a lunch box and say what if we used it for a drum. What I'm basically saying is when I look at homes or properties I am using the current knowledge that I have gained from the BiggerPockets podcast as of now successfully burned through 285 episodes which gives me the ability to look at different types of properties I just think about what can be done with them as per square footage or adding in that hidden bedroom or collaborated with somebody knowing that this face of the lot can be better used for something else that is low and affordable that everybody could possibly benefit from. I'm claiming the title of investor but also in the sense of being a cindicator as I will try to build a team of knowing exactly who I can contact when I know that that person is experienced in that specific area of what that property can be used for with a property can be done and rehab or the property can be sold or fixed up to give that opportunity to the right particular person.
