Hi Guys! Since I can remember being asked the question “If you could do 1 thing, what would it be?” My answer has always been “Buy and Hold rental properties.” But felt that in my local market in NY, it took too much upfront capital and I always ended up pushing that dream aside. In August ‘19 my wife and I relocated to Birmingham, AL where we bought our first “fixer-upper.” We’ve loved every moment of it and are now working on and looking forward to acquiring our second property.
