My partners and I own a few rental properties in Huntington. We also do fix & flips. Looking to stay on the rental side for the most part. I am debating and kinda leaning towards getting into the close by Fort Wayne market. The only reason I haven’t is because my partners don’t want to expand into Fort Wayne. They are excellent partners but they are very DIY and just not interested in expanding out of Huntington. Right now I am working on improving thing's with the rentals we do own and saving money until I can get into the Fort Wayne market without them!
