Hello my fellow investors! A little background about me and why I strive to be successful. I'm 21 currently serving in the Military, just starting to get my feet wet with.... Well I guess life. Just purchased my first home in the CO SPGS area. The reason that I'm interested in real estate is because my mother has a few rental properties and that's the only thing keeping them afloat. That being said I have personally seen the positive impact real estate may have on ones life. Personal goals are to rent out the single family home I Recently purchased in January of 17 upon moving on with my career. Then Move on to a Du/tri/Quadruplex. That is currently only the first steps of my (plan). We all know those hardly follow through but none the less a plan is a start! Matt Moore
