I was born and raised near Richmond, Virginia. I I have been interested in all areas of real estate as far back as I can remember. I purchased my first property, a duplex that I house hacked, in 2015 and purchased two more properties in 2017. I spent several years in “cruise control” but have recently found motivation through local REI meetups. I purchased 2 duplexes at the beginning of 2024 and I’m looking for the next deal.
