Hello. My name is Matthew McDermott. I live in Huntsville, AL with my wife and 2 children (ages 3 and 5). I love to write music, record it, and perform. I love being outdoors, camping, traveling, and experiencing new things. My favorite food is Indian food and what I can't stand is Tree Tomato Juice from South America. I am bilingual in English and Spanish and am currently enrolled learning German. I have real estate brokerages that do both real estate sales and property management in Huntsville, Alabama and St. George, Utah. I grew up in the business. When I was a teenager my dad had the fastest growing property management company in Southern UT quickly surpassing 300 properties. Discussion at the dinner table was about tenant policy. Sometimes I thought it was boring but I had no idea how much it would help me later on in my career. I moved my family to Huntsville because of the amazing real estate market that it has been, currently is, and will continue to be for the next 10 to 15 years at least. It felt right inside and I knew this was the best place we could serve our clients investment needs. The reason I believe that the Lord has blessed us with such growth and success is because of our commitment to putting our reputation first before money. We believe that when we do that then the money will take care of itself. Thus, no commission is worth a relationship. Our clients can feel this from us and stay with us for the long haul.
