I am getting back into real estate after some years away, focusing on my family and w2 job. I have never lost the itch, but want to really fix and flip or Brrrrr to help raise capital. I have a goal to submit 20 plus offers a month to get my first deal and go from there. I have hustle, business sense, and love to pass on what I have learned through my opportunities and successes. I’m a big believer in creating great partnerships to accelerate growth and finding the positives in any situation. I have only had one rental property in my life ( SOLD AFTER 5 YEARS) and did a mild renovations on it myself. I was a partner in a new residential construction company for 4 years pre-2008.
