I am a real estate investor with duplexes and a fourplex in Prescott and Tempe Arizona. I am working to save for my next investment, and I want to learn more, make friends and mentors, and keep myself challenged as I am saving. In addition, I have a MBA from Benedictine University. Experience: I own several multi family properties and am a hands on landlord. Real Estate Goals: The learn more as I work and save up capital. Become a better landlord, and continue to grow as a prudent investor. Over the longer term, I would like to purchase additional multifamily properties, to buy and hold.
