I am a new real estate investor to the Pittsburgh area. However, I have knowledge and experience in real estate investing since 2009 with multifamily homes. I, along with my wife and real estate agent Ashley Pride, am looking for rental properties to include single family and multifamily homes, preferably using the BRRRR strategy but are open to other acquisition opportunities. We are also interested in buying homes in the area for rehabbing and flipping. Feel free to contact with me to discuss opportunities that may be mutually beneficial. Update March 2022: My wife and I have secured two SFR long-term rentals - one is rented and the other is going through the BRRRR process. We continue to look for additional BRRRR opportunities. Update February 2023: BRRRR deal complete from previous update in May 2022 and rented. We are working on another BRRRR deal and a flip project, and have another flip project under contract.
