I have a full-time job but am slowing building a small portfolio of rental properties. Experience: Buy-and-hold investor for over a decade. Real Estate Goals: Buy-and-hold residential properties, purchasing one every 12-24 months. Currently Seeking: Further education on buying real estate and landlording.
