I'm a sales executive with expertise in enterprise security solutions and an experienced retail options trader. I met a friend in 2016 who turned me on to the Rich Dad world and this sparked a passion in me to consume as much information as time permits about all types of investment strategies and I fell in love with real estate buy & hold. My strong desire to understand real estate lead me to BiggerPockets where I now enjoy contributing as well as learning. I finally took the plunge and acquired my first rental property in October 2019. Although I'm new to this path of financial freedom, I have 20+ years of sales, customer service, and negotiating experience, 10+ years of building and leading teams, and a natural desire to serve and support good people on their paths to success and fulfillment. I'm mainly interested in buy\hold SFH and small MF, but lease options, BRRRR, syndication, and seller financing opportunities are strategies I want to learn by doing. I consider real estate as an investment in people. The professionals I partner with and the tenants I provide great homes for are far more important to me than dirt, wood, and concrete.
