Our Why: Have more flexibility to visit our families a country apart, and work because we want to, not because we have to. We also believe in the importance of a safe and happy home and community. Our Goals: Generate $10k/month in cash flow within 10 years. Each year, make more progress than the last. Who we are: Early 30's husband and wife team in drizzly Seattle, WA. What We're Looking For: Networking and creating partnerships with people with integrity. What We Bring to a Partnership: Integrity, Eagerness to learn, Analytical mindsets, and moderate capital (we think we can do our first deal without hard money, but would like to partner).
